Shopping Party
My school district has a fundraiser each March which includes a silent auction…this year I came home with an after-hours shopping party at a local boutique, deedee & edee. Last week I cashed in my prize. My mom and sisters came with…we had a blast trying on loads of clothing and accessories, munching on pizza, and just being girls.
Trying on necklaces…
Hello, shoes! I brought home the pair to the left of the snake print sandals.
My purchases are on the chair…a bright green jacket, coral bag, and tan wedges. (Don’t mind the hand…I was getting goofy with the mannequin. Yeah, that was my cue to wrap it up and take myself on home.)
It was such a fun time! Plus it gave me the chance to wear my newly thrifted DVF zebra print blouse! Yeah, that’s right, Diane von Furstenberg via Village Thrift. Like these pants, this top is another piece that needs to stay away from the kids!
Linked with Harper’s Happenings and Monday Mingle!

I love silent auction prizes (it’s all for a good cause right?) and glad you put yours to use. Fun shopping trip. Thanks for sharing on Monday Mingle and have a great week. xoxo Nicole
Yes, it was for a great cause…earning money for the students in our district. Unfortunately, my husband uses that excuse during the auction…he ends up spending so much!
What fun! Love the sandals you picked!
